Human Resources Management Policy

Human Resources Management Policy

The GPF places considerable importance on human resources management and has included corporate governance as a main area of its strategic plans. The Fund has conducted an analysis on internal and external environmental factors that are seen as important to achieving organizational goals in order to formulate responsive HR policies and procedures. The GPF also ensures that its operations are aligned with international standards and with Thailand’s 20-year National Strategy and Reform Plans (2018-2037), specifically in the areas of human capital and public-sector development. Integrity and expertise in respective areas are desirable qualities in GPF employees. The GPF is also driven to foster a corporate culture built on efficiency, transparency, accountability and emphasis on the public good. Such corporate culture is the backbone of good governance as outlined in the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA).

Implementation of Human Resources Management Policy

The GPF has implemented its Human Resources Management Policy as part of the organization’s strategic plan and in the day-to-day operations. The policy has been implemented in accordance with the organizational rules and regulations in the following areas:

  1. Career Path
  2. Succession Planning
  3. GPF We TRUST
  4. Employee Engagement
